Invite our Festival to your city for the screenings of festival films...


The 13. WJFF 2015 is going to organize as well “The educational post-festival screenings” all over the Poland. These screenings are aimed at popularizing the art of film and building tolerance and sensitivity to diversity and the fight against anti-Semitism in PL. That program is the continuity of screenings, which we started in March 2004. The 12th edition post-festival screenings already took place and additional are planned in: Auschwitz Museum in Oswiecim, Galicia Museum in collaboration with the International Festival of Jewish Culture in Cracow, Gdansk, Lodz, Tarnow, Wroclaw and Bialystok in collaboration of ZAHOR Festival of Jewish Culture.

Krakow City - Galicia Jewish Museum

We are proud to inform you, that our Festival organizes the series of screenings together with GALICIA MUSEUM KRAKOW - MUZEUM GALICJA KRAKÓW in Krakow City. The first screening took place in January 2015, the next one tales place in July 2015.

As part of the series of year-round screenings organized by the Warsaw Jewish Film Festival and held under the patronage of the POLIN Museum of the History of Polish Jews, on February 23, 2015, Krzysztof Kamil Baczynski High School in Bialystok hosted an educational screening of a documentary A Town Called Brzostek. The showing of the film directed by Simon Target, which received Special Mention at the 12th Warsaw Jewish Film Festival, was coupled with award-winning The Shadow Forest by Andrzej Cichocki (Best Short Narrative at the 12th WJFF). The project was carried out in cooperation with the Center for Civic Education Poland-Israel.
